When the adjacent building to the Thyme Market became available, John Yarnall recognized the opportunity to compliment the offerings of the market and bring fresh, quality seafood to Culpeper and the surrounding community. While The Copper Fish provides the finest seafood available, the restaurant is about more than just the food.
